How long does a gym session take? Travel to the gym, get changed, workout, get showered, get changed, drive home. A 45 minute can end up taking 2 hours in total. With the Digital Bootcamp you train at home, wearing whatever you want and its 30 minutes or fast and fun exercise!

Every weekday we stream a live exercise session that only uses your bodyweight, no equipment needed. You work for the full 30 minutes maximising the amount of calories burned. It is completely differentiated, so anyone of any fitness level can take part.

Don’t worry if you miss a session the video saves so it can be completed whenever you have the time. We give out weekly promotions and work with each member to complete a bespoke nutrition plan.
