At home programme includes;

Consistency is key and that’s why one session a week is the minimum amount of sessions we recommend.

  • Core exercises do not make you lose belly fat ( unless you do them for about 2 hours on a very restricted diet). They do however strengthen your core and when your body fat is low enough give, you a nice shaped tummy. In the digital bootcamp we use hiit workouts to burn fat and core workouts for strengthening your core. Pretty simple really.
